Allison Priola (She/Her/Hers)Program Manager Allison has spent over 20 years working with nonprofits in creating, equipping, and empowering teams. She is a seasoned organizational leader, developer, facilitator, and coach, She is driven by a desire for individuals and teams to identify and fulfill goals and aspirations, as well as holistically developing others to make a meaningful impact. She is recently joined Cal Poly (her alma mater) as the AmeriCorps Programs Manager. She will not only be managing the AmeriCorps VIP program but also launching the brand new CollegeCorps Program. She lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband, three teenage kids and two adorable labradoodles. She loves the beach and good coffee!

John-o-Roberts (He/Him/His)AmeriCorps Administrative Assistant John-o Roberts is Administrative Assistant for the AmeriCorps program at Cal Poly. He helps students get involved with a variety of volunteer programs across the county, giving them the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills while helping their community. John-o is a San Luis Obispo local who graduated from CSU Long Beach in 2020 with a BA in Political Science. Since his failed run at elementary school president at the age of 10, he has been involved in political activism from the local to federal levels and is currently a graduate student in the Master of Public Policy program at Cal Poly expected to graduate in 2024. John-o makes sure to stay active in serving his community, but only if he's done with his homework and walked his corgis.

Molly Pendley (She/Her/Hers)Americorps Coordinator Molly Pendley is the program coordinator for the AmeriCorps program. She is a Cal Poly Alumni and holds a B.S. in Social Sciences and a minor in Spanish. Before joining the Americorps team, Molly worked in the legal field in immigration law, family law and contract law and in non-profit work as an educator and volunteer manager for Lumina Alliance. Molly grew up in San Luis Obispo County and loves serving her community.
